High School Transcripts

High School transcripts are available from Newark High School (NHS) at no charge for current students or those who graduated in the previous year.  All other NHS graduates must pay a $5.00 fee to cover retrieval, printing, and postage.

To obtain a transcript, a requester must provide the following information:


Name at time of graduation
Year of graduation
Address to which transcript is to be sent
$5.00 fee, if applicable


Requests by mail must be in the form of a letter signed by the graduate.  In-person, the requester will be asked for a photo ID.  In-person requests may not be filled immediately.  Typically, requests are filled within 48 hours.  Enclosing a pre-addressed envelope may speed processing.
